Roy has a breadth of experience spanning the corporate and non-profit worlds. He has extensive experience in the development of entrepreneurial ventures in a Fortune 100 global financial services company. He has demonstrated success in every phase of the business development process both domestically and internationally. In addition, he has received training in spiritual development and monastic life, has served as a hospital Chaplain, worked in inpatient psychiatry, and has taught religion, ethics, and psychology.

Roy has an unusual capacity to engage in creative, visionary long-term strategic thinking while never losing sight of the hard facts and the pragmatic problem solving skills required to run the business day-to-day. He has the ability to immerse himself deeply in the context of business issues, view them from multiple perspectives, and assist others to realize new solutions and directions.
