The biggest challenge at one of the nation's largest underwriters of workers' compensation insurance was identifying and developing potential leaders. Our solution was to create an executive performance profile based on the company's business strategy. We worked with the senior management group and HR staff to develop new approaches to executive selection, education, coaching and assessment, and assisted in all phases of implementation.
 
  The result: The new HR operating framework is enabling better selection and placement of executives, ensuring sustainable business performance into the future.

A national non-profit organization faced a geographic challenge in unifying the strategic direction of 66 regional offices. We helped executives design a new, inclusive planning process, analyze their market position, and achieve alignment across the regional offices.

Spatially Aligned for Success
A CEO and the executive team of a nationally recognized and growing consumer products company worked with us to clarify their Operating Model. Because of recent growth, new and expanded office space was needed. We worked with the team to translate the behavior requirements of their Operating Model into physical space concepts, ensuring that the space would support the ways in which the work needed to be done. These concepts, in turn, were very useful to the architects designing the building and interior space as the company provided a deeper layer of specification enabling them to do their job even better.
 
  The result: A new corporate facility that supports the essence of the company's strategy and Operating Model.
