Darcy Topper had a long career with a Fortune 100 company, during which time she directed business and organization effectiveness consulting groups as well as human resource generalists, and managed assessment and research functions. She successfully managed complex projects in such areas as organization development, strategic planning, change management, creative problem-solving, survey design and administration, and group process facilitation.
She helps clients bring order out of disorder by asking the right questions to tease out issues and by recognizing patterns in potentially confusing masses of “facts” and events. She helps clients and colleagues to be better by bringing intellectual rigor and a different perspective to supplement and stimulate their thinking.

Philosophy: I’ve learned from weaving that the structure must be appropriate to the intended use, that no one structure is best all the time, and that mistakes can be treated as serendipitous design features.
