Our approach to executive coaching and development takes a holistic view
that facilitates deeper awareness of self and others in order to enhance
performance.
The perspective of the Operating Model – the alignment of Business
strategy, Management Infrastructure and Organizational Behavior –
ensures that executive coaching and development is grounded in the
strategic intent of the business.
In addition, The Clarion Group Advisors include clinical psychologists
to help understand more complex human behaviors through assessment and
observation.
Typical coaching sessions are two hours, held every other week in
person whenever possible, over a six to twelve month period.
As the work concludes, sessions are tapered to monthly intervals to
reinforce progress and long-term impact. Individual coaching often
occurs concurrently with Leadership Team Development.
