Before joining The Clarion Group, Kim spent 10 years at a major insurance company, serving as an administrative assistant in various departments. While in information technology, she assisted the executive help desk with software support to executive assistants. In human resources, she played a key role in development and implementation of an innovative job value system, a competency-based compensation program that eliminated job classes and utilized market information to administer employee compensation.

    Kim has been with The Clarion Group for over 20 years and is currently serving as a Client Liaison. With her ability to keep many balls in the air, she works in active collaboration with multiple advisors and the Client Liaison team to manage the office, schedule meetings, coordinate internal projects, administer and analyze surveys, make travel arrangements, and prepare client documents. She plays an integral role in coordinating office policies and procedures and ensuring that our facilities and services are effective. Kim also serves on our Editorial Board and is actively involved in publishing our Clarion Call.
